ABOUT THE POSITION:

Our client is a leading digital marketing automation and messaging company, is looking for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Philadelphia-based team. In this role, you’ll be “hands on” using our platform to deliver powerful, data-driven results for our clients. You will guide and develop digital marketing team members, and work with your colleagues in the UK and Australia.

As the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will use your extensive experience of digital marketing and analytics to run retention-focused engagements with top-tier clients, and your account management skills to grow their services adoption.

You’ll have experience, perhaps at an agency or software provider, of working closely with multiple clients to grow their marketing and achieve their goals using cross-channel campaigns aligned with business outcomes.

In this role, you’ll be primarily focused on the burgeoning US iGaming sector (online casinos, sports betting, and lotteries). Experience in this industry will be a distinct advantage. You will own the day-to-day relationship with enterprise clients, focusing on client retention, adoption, and growth.

You will be expected to understand clients marketing needs and marry that with how our platform meets those needs, spanning multiple channels for integrated messaging programs. Message formats include app and web browser push notifications, interstitials and rich inbox, plus location-based features including geo-targeting and beacons.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy

• Act as a consultant to the client, providing strategic and tactical insights based on marketing channels and goals.
• Analyze client performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Design, execute, and analyze marketing tests, including control group and A/B split tests.
• Optimize journeys and campaigns following testing results using our custom platform.
• Operationalize existing marketing strategies to provide scalable strategic engagements.
• Develop team members digital marketing skills via supervision, review and coaching.

Account Management

• Manage strategic engagement programs and day-to-day needs for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Understand client accounts, their status, and performance trends.
• Liaise with clients to make changes to content or messages where required.
• Work with team members to develop their client account management skills
• Creation of reports (PowerPoint and Tableau) to match client requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 4-5 years digital marketing experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with team members both in the Philadelphia office, and overseas (via collaboration tools).
• Problem-solving/analytical skills, using data to drive strategy and business action.
• Strong relationship management skills and a proactive customer-focused approach. Ability to build trust, empathy and rapport.
• Experience with data analysis and digital marketing channels.
• Experience in the iGaming space is a major plus.
