Email Customer Success Manager
To own the client relationship and ensuring they succeed in their email efforts. To ensure effective communication with the client to maximize the client’s investment in email marketing. To work with the client to develop strategic recommendations to take their email marketing initiatives to the next level and to work with the internal email marketing specialists to execute on the planned strategy.
What You'll Do:

  • Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps to achieve the clients core goals and to account for existing opportunities for optimizations and deploying new strategies for their email marketing campaigns.
  • Walk the client through the strategic roadmaps seeking approval and revising the strategy based on client feedback, direction and priorities.
  • Communicate the roadmap, deadlines and resources needed to the internal email marketing team.
  • Work side by side with the email marketing specialist to maximize the return on our client's investment in our email management services.
  • Build and walk the client through all reporting and analytics with the client to highlight the value of DMi's services and to continuously work to improve the reporting we are providing.

What We’re Looking for:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have 3+ years managing b2c email marketing campaigns including
    • Automated flows (welcome series, browse & cart abandon, post-purchase, etc.)
    • Audience Segmentation
    • Personalization
    • Open rate optimization
  • Experience managing campaigns in one of the following Email Service Providers
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Klaviyo
  • Bronto
  • Iterable
  • Emarsys
  • Braze
  • Responsys Oracle
  • You’re extremely comfortable leading calls and being on the phone
  • You have excellent communication skills -both verbal and written
  • You’re proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
  • You are responsive and meet requested deadlines
  • You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well
